Update - Hey guys just wanted to provide an update on the lights...the house burned down due to the cheap lights that we installed onto the house and well the next DIY is a complete rebuild of the house.

same 44 key remote, enabled on esp8266, and absolutely nothing happens. did exactly what you did and I put a fresh battery in too

howdy! other thing, wondering if possible to appear text in centre of matrix without scrolling... example flashing "ALARM" or any warning message..... i kept getting all scrolling effect which i dont want. can it possible ? if yes, how?

I don't know how long ago you did this video but Legionella is a bacteria that is found in fresh water supplies. Most people are not at risk. older people with health issues maybe..Legionella is introduced by breathing in microscopic water droplets. Hot tubs and and whirlpools have been understood to be a cause of out breaks. So the optimum temp for Legionella growth is around 86 degrees. Many people are often shocked to discover just how quickly legionella can develop in a stagnant water system. In fact, given the right conditions, legionella can grow and become problematic in as little as two weeks. Well if your water heater is at 86 degrees for two weeks do expect some growth. temperatures above 125 degrees cause the bacterium to not grow and temperatures of 140 degrees will kill the bacterium in around 32 minutes. So I think that someone is suggesting that you should not save money or they think they understand something more about some legionella or other bacterium growth. I think the solution would be to keep the water temp up when in use and anything new coming into your tank would not have any time to become a problem if the water heater is set to above 125. Alarmist is all I hear. Put the water heater to 140 degrees and the water will stay warmer longer. The manufacturer recommendation is 105 degrees so go figure. I really don't understand people opening their mouths and inserting their toilet bowl. Legionella is the bacteria that causes legionnaires disease as well as other conditions They just don't do their research. R.O. stops most bacteria from getting into your RO drinking water but legionella is transmitted by microscopic droplets of water in the air you are breathing so Legionella must not be able to handle the stomach acids. Legionella can be found at low concentrations in any public water system. Legionella only poses a health risk when growth occurs in warm stagnant water, the water is aerosolized, and the small droplets are inhaled. It looks like legionnaire disease is only a problem if you inhale small droplets of water that the bacterium has been able to grow in like if you left your water heater at around 86 degrees and went on vacation instead of like just turning it off.
